FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How
long does it take to produce my order?
Production time is quoted in “business days” and does
not include weekends or national holidays. Production days begin
once the art has been received and you have approved your proof.
It does not include shipping time. Since the manufacturing plants
are located all over the U.S., allow up to 5-7 working days to avoid
air shipment charges. Let us know if you need your product by a
specific date.
2. Why
is there a minimum order requirement?
Minimum order requirements are specific of each item, and will vary
from item to item. In come instances, you may be able to order less
than the minimum requirement, but a less-than-minimum charge may
apply. Please contact us for specific requests.
3. Can
I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We will make every effort to change or cancel your order upon request.
If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional
charge or cancellation fees will be applied. Changes to the order
may require different setup and decoration costs than what was originally
quoted on your order. If the order has reached the pre-production
setup phase, there may be a cancellation or change charges that
apply. Unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order it the
item has begun production. You will be charged the original amount
quoted for all orders at this stage.
4. What
is a setup charge?
Our manufacturers have to reset their machines each time they decorate
with a new design. Item prices do not reflect the time and resources
used to set up for new artwork, so many times a separate fee will
be incurred.
5. Is
there a charge for artwork?
There is no additional charge if clean, clear or camera ready art
is provided. Art from business cards or faxed art is generally not
acceptable. Artwork may be submitted electronically and most manufacturers
accept vector art; we will advise at the time the order is placed.
We include basic art touch-up and artwork conversion free of charge.
Any artwork that needs more extensive touch-up or conversion will
require an art charge. You will be notified if your art will incur
an additional art charge prior to running your order.
6. Is
any payment required upon placement of order?
Since this is a custom order, a 50% is requested at the time the
order is placed, the balance due upon receipt. VISA and MASTERCARD
are accepted.
7. Over
and under runs:
Due to varying manufacturing production standards, you may not receive
the exact quantity that you ordered. Industry standard on most products
is plus or minus 5%. (For example, if you order 100 mugs, you could
potentially receive 95 to 105 mugs. You will only be charged for
the actual amount that you receive.
